SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Estimated transit time:
• Asia: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 5–12 business days
• North America: 5–14 business days
Processing before dispatch: 2–4 business days.
Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

When will my order arrive?
Your tracking page will show the most accurate delivery estimate.

What if I’m not available during delivery?
The courier will usually reattempt delivery or provide instructions for collection.


ADDRESS & DELIVERY SUPPORT

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we’ll update it for you. Once in transit, address changes must be made directly with the courier.

Will there be customs or import duties?
Some countries apply duties or taxes upon arrival. These are collected by local customs and are not included in your order total.

I received the wrong or a defective item.
We will take care of it. Please contact us within 48 hours, keeping the item and packaging in original condition. An unboxing video helps us support you quickly.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and selected secure digital payment services. All payments are processed in USD.

Can I use a discount code?
Yes — one code may be applied per order during checkout.


ORDER CHANGES

Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may be prepared for dispatch. You may still contact us — we will assist in the best way we can.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We offer exchanges for size or item adjustments, and returns for incorrect or defective items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once the returned piece is received and verified. Timing may vary depending on your bank.
