Getting Your Order

We want your order to arrive with the same intention it was created - quiet, precise, considered.
We ship worldwide from Vietnam using trusted couriers.

Processing: 1-3 business days (up to 7 for limited pieces)
Delivery: 3-15 business days depending on your location
A tracking link will be sent once your order begins its journey.

Please double-check your address at checkout to help your parcel reach you smoothly.
If you need to adjust something before your order ships, please email touch@semi-sense.com - we’ll do what we can to help.


Customs & Taxes

Depending on where you live, your local customs office may apply taxes or import fees. These are collected by the courier, not by us.

If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you check before ordering.


Changing Your Mind

Every piece carries emotion - and we understand that sometimes, it needs adjusting.
If it doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll help you find balance again.

You can request an exchange if:
• You reach out within 5 days of receiving your item
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
• You’d like a different size, color, or style (based on availability)

A few items can’t be exchanged:
• Sale or made-to-order pieces
• Items returned after 5 days or showing signs of wear

How it works:
Email touch@semi-sense.com within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number, reason for exchange, and a quick unboxing photo or video.
We’ll send simple return instructions and guide you through next steps.

Once your piece returns safely to us, your replacement will be prepared and shipped within 14 business days.

When Something’s Not Quite Right

Because each piece is produced in limited batches, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind - but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right as quickly and gently as possible.

Refunds apply when:
• You receive the wrong item, size, or color
• Your order arrives damaged or faulty

Your options:
• A full refund to your original payment
• Store credit for future use
• A replacement at no cost

How to request:
Email touch@semi-sense.com within 5 days of receiving your item.
Share your order number and a short note with photos or video.
Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Returned pieces must be in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of return approval.
Store credits are valid for 60 days.

When We Take Care When You Take the Lead
If something isn’t right with your piece, we’ll handle everything - covering all shipping, handling, and replacement costs. For regular exchanges, you’ll send your piece back using your preferred courier, and we’ll take care of delivery for your new one.
Our team will prepare your return label, guide you, and stay in touch until completion. Some countries may apply customs duties on returns. We’ll help you understand what to expect - you won’t navigate it alone.
